A Venetian co housing scheme situated on the remote island of Isola de Certosa. In this project i wanted to design housing that was accessible for all, created a sense of community and introduced more green space. The Space Between comes from researching the Italian Piazza, a space that facilitates socializing and interaction. When designing i considered how central courtyards and alleyways between houses can be used as semi private space to socialise.
